Kimberly began her career working closely with mental health patients for over five years. During that time, she pursued extensive training and became certified in multiple holistic modalities, seeking a deeper understanding of healing beyond symptom management. Although she once considered medical school, her research and hands-on experience led her to recognize the limitations of a system that often focuses on treating conditions rather than addressing the energetic, emotional, and root causes beneath them.

Working with individuals from many different walks of life, Kimberly began to notice a consistent pattern: those experiencing chronic pain, dis-ease, or ongoing mental health challenges often carried unresolved emotional wounds from childhood. When emotions are not processed, they do not disappear, they settle into the body. Over time, this unprocessed energy can manifest as physical discomfort, chronic conditions, or psychological distress.

Kimberly also collaborated with nurses, doctors, and hospital staff, gaining insight into the culture of conventional healthcare. While there are compassionate practitioners within the system, she observed that many environments lack the warmth, presence, and emotional attunement that true healing requires. This realization deepened her commitment to creating spaces that feel safe, humane, and genuinely supportive.

Through years of dedicated study and personal practice, Kimberly has also healed her own health challenges using energy work and holistic methods. She now shares the knowledge she has studied and embodied, offering high-quality, integrative guidance rooted in both experience and research.

Her work centers on nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and heart-centered living. When the nervous system is regulated and the heart is open, family life, relationships, and career become more aligned and fulfilling. Many people unconsciously suppress their emotions, creating disharmony in the body and in their lives. Kimberly’s mission is to help others move that energy, return to alignment with their truth, and cultivate a life of health, integrity, peace, and ease.

After becoming an Ayurveda Practitioner and Herbalist, Kimberly founded Île D’or as a natural extension of her healing work. Through her studies, she fell deeply in love with the intelligence of plants and the profound truth that the human body is not separate from nature - it is nature. Our skin, cells, bloodstream, tissues, and organs respond to what is living, pure, and in harmony with the Earth.

Île D’or was born from this understanding.
