As an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, I draw on these sister sciences to support balance across body, mind, and energy. Through my Yin–Yang Method, I guide high-performing individuals in recognizing when they are in states of overdrive or depletion, and how to return to a steady, sustainable sense of balance - homeostasis.
My background began in mental health counseling and clinical work within the emergency department, which shaped my understanding of the nervous system, stress, and human resilience. For over 15 years, I have studied and practiced holistic and shamanic healing modalities, developing a refined sensitivity to the ways energy moves, or becomes blocked, within the body, mind, and emotional landscape.
I trained at Saint Michael’s College, The Ayurvedic Center of Vermont, the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism, completed Reiki training with Anne Cameron, and received my yoga teacher training through Laughing River Yoga.
