Coming home to yourself through tenderness, embodiment, and belonging.

I believe life is meant to nourish us.

Hearth & Île D'or were born from a simple belief: Nothing within us exists on its own. The way we breathe touches the way we feel. The way we care for our bodies shapes the way we move through the world. The way we love ourselves ripples into the way we love others. Everything is connected. That is why Hearth exists. To offer practices, rituals, and community that gently nourish the whole of who you are, so you can live with greater presence, reciprocity, joy, and a deep sense of coming home.

Everything belongs. Everything is connected. Everything is relationship.

Somewhere along the way, many of us forgot that nothing in life exists in isolation. We learned to keep going, even when our bodies whispered for rest. We became incredibly capable. We learned to care for everyone else before caring for ourselves. We learned to override our intuition and mistake survival for strength.

But perhaps what we've really forgotten is relationship. Relationship with ourselves. Relationship with our bodies. Relationship with one another. Relationship with the Earth beneath our feet, the water that nourishes us, the air that fills our lungs, and the rhythms of nature that remind us how to live. Relationship with life itself.

Hearth is an invitation to remember by learning to listen deeply within. Because remembering begins the moment we become willing to listen. To listen to the wisdom of your body. To the quiet truth beneath your thoughts. To your emotions, your breath, your intuition. To the natural world that has always reflected back what it means to live in balance.

From that place, we begin to remember what has always been true: Nothing within us exists on its own. Everything belongs. Everything is connected. Everything is relationship.

The Teacher + Student

Kimberly is the founder of Hearth & Île D'or.

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing begins by coming home to ourselves. She brings together years of study in mental health, Ayurveda, yoga, somatics, herbalism, energy healing, and embodied living to support people in creating healthier relationships with themselves, others, and life.

Kim studied Mental Health Counseling at Saint Michael's College and completed professional training in Ayurveda through The Ayurveda Center of Vermont, Herbalism through the Vermont Center for Integrative Medicine, Yoga Teacher Training through Laughing River Yoga, Reiki Master training with Anne Cameron, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis through the work of Dolores Cannon.

She remains a lifelong student, continually learning through mentors, books, research, and her own lived experience. She is especially inspired by Taoism, the wisdom of nature, the intelligence of water, yoga philosophy, quantum physics, and the interconnected relationship between body, mind, emotions, breath, and spirit.

When she isn't working, you'll likely find Kim exploring a new place, making pottery, swimming, soaking up the sunshine, sharing a meal with friends, or spending time with her husband and their golden retriever, Butter.
